Order Cancellation Refund Policy
- You can cancel the order by sending email to within 3 hours after the payment is completed help@aprileye.com Include your order number, contact information and reason for return.
- We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 3 business days.
- lf your order has been processed, please check Return Refund Policy below.
If your order has been shipped, we will provide return and refund services under the following conditions:
- 1. If you want to return the goods, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the package.
- 2. The returned items must be unopened and intact. We do not accept damaged, opened, used or expired items.
Return Process

2. Provide your detailed order information including contact info, tracking number, receipt and reasons for return.
3. Please contact the customer to confirm the return address and send back the items within 7 days.
4. Upon receiving, we would check returned items' condition. If their condition meets above requirements, we would refund within 10 business days.
Return Fee
- Original shipping cost and possible customs duty & tariff associated with the order are not refundable.
- lt is the customers' responsibility to cover return shipping cost.
